Terms and Conditions

To reserve your place please complete the registration form. You will receive a booking form. Please complete the booking form and return it with a deposit of £500.00. A confirmation email will be issued to you upon receipt.
All payment plans must be arranged on an agreed fixed schedule.
Final payment to be received by January 20th, 2023 (unless alternative payment schedule has been agreed).

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All travel arrangements to Greece are your responsibility and at you own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Group airport transfers (for suggested flights only) are included in the retreat price. Variations to the suggested flight arrangements will not be covered by our transfers.

CANCELLATIONS
The deposit is fully refundable until October 28th 2022.
After October 28th 2022, the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made before 20th January 2023, 100% of the balance paid will be refunded.​
If a cancellation is made after 20th January and before 1st March 2023, 50% of the balance paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made on or after 1st March 2023 will not be refunded.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER
This retreat is open to both experienced and beginner students.For all practices, modifications, gentler options and also stronger or more advanced variations will be offered where possible. If you have had any serious physical, mental or emotional illness within the last 5 years, or are under and medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking. If you become aware of any new serious health conditions that arise after booking, please ensure to advise us before attending the retreat. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in the retreat please contact Ami beforehand to discuss this.​
All practices are being offered on the basis that all who join take full responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and practice at their own risk.

LIABILITY
Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat. Ami Patel and any member of her team will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained or aggravated during or after your time on retreat.
Ami Patel/Ami Patel Wellbeing will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither, can Ami Patel/Ami Patel Wellbeing be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for your retreat.

INSURANCE
The unexpected can sometimes happen and if you need to cancel your visit to us you could lose your deposit or even the full cost of the retreat. We therefore strongly advise all our guests to arrange Personal Accident and Travel/Cancellation Insurance.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE
Any breakages or damage to any buildings, fixtures, fittings or equipment belonging to the retreat centre premises will be charged to the client with immediate effect.

RETREAT CHANGES
Ami Patel/Ami Patel Wellbeing reserves the right to change the schedule on any retreat at any given time.
If, for any reason a practice/treatment has to be changed during your stay owing to staff illness, you will be offered an alternative treatment/practice of the same value or full refund will be given.

We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts which do not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price.
