All you will need to do to access the virtual class is get the Zoom App. and use the link sent upon booking to join the class.

If you would like to join any classes, but are unable to contribute the suggested payment, y
ou can pay as much as you can afford. Please send an email with a request for bank details to pay a different amount.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Modifications, gentler options and also stronger variations will be offered where possible. These classes are being offered only on the basis that all who join take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and practice these online classes at their own risk.

Hatha Yoga - with AMI

A well-rounded and integrated yoga practice of movement, meditation, breath, mantra and relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.

Tuesday

Pilates with AMI

Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.

Tuesday

6 to 7pm

Vinyasa Yoga with AMI

A dynamic practice of Hatha Yoga. 

We will create a steady internal rhythm for this practice and move through a sequence of postures at a faster pace.

All are welcome to join this class but a good understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga will help to move through this class with more ease.

Sometimes, asana names will be called out only as we move through a continuous flow of a postures synchronised with the breath.

Deep, long stretching to release tension with a focus on stillness of body, breath, and mind.

Yoga Nidra with AMI

Rest and Restore. Yoga Nidra is an effortless lying down meditation. We allow the physical body to surrender in relaxation and with expanded awareness we open to deep nourishment and healing at all levels.
