A well-rounded and integrated yoga practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.
Tuesday
9.30 to 10.30am
Pilates with AMI
Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.
Tuesday
11am to 12.15pm
Vinyasa Yoga with AMI
A dynamic yoga practice.
We will create a steady internal rhythm for this practice and move through a sequence of postures at a faster pace. All are welcome to join this class but a good understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga will help to move through this class with more ease.
