In-Person Classes will be held at the Breech Lane Community Hall, Walton-on-the-Hill:

Mondays, 7.30pm

Thursdays, 7.30pm

Classes will be 60-75 minutes.

Price Options: 

£12 per class

£10 per class if advanced booking for the term or remainder of term.

If you would like to join any classes, but are unable to contribute the suggested payment, please pay as much as you can afford or join Zoom Classes for free. I wish to make this offering accessible to all. Please send me an email request for Zoom Codes (and Bank Details if you would like to make a smaller payment) - no questions asked.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Modifications, gentler options and also stronger variations will be offered where possible. ALL classes are being offered only on the basis that all who join take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and practice these online classes at their own risk.

A well-rounded and integrated yoga practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and

relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.

Tuesday

9.30 to 10.30am

Pilates with AMI

Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.

Tuesday

11am to 12.15pm

Vinyasa Yoga with AMI

A dynamic yoga practice. 

We will create a steady internal rhythm for this practice and move through a sequence of postures at a faster pace. All are welcome to join this class but a good understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga will help to move through this class with more ease.

Tuesday

7 to 8pm

AUTUMN EQUINOX Meditations with AMI 

At this special time of cosmic equanimity, we will welcome the new season with meditation, yoga nidra and relaxation.
For the main part of this class we will tune into and honour the seasonal change with a rich, healing

and deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra. 

Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, deeply calmed and balanced.

Pilates with AMI

Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.

Re-Wilding with ALEX

Re-Wilding. 
Enhance your yoga practice. By understanding the nature and capacity of your primal body, you can improve all essential functional movement and postural alignment.
