If you would like to join any classes, but are unable to contribute the suggested payment, please pay as much as you can afford or join for free. We wish to make this offering accessible to all. Please send an email for bank details and Zoom codes to join classes.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Modifications, gentler options and also stronger variations will be offered where possible. These classes are being offered only on the basis that all who join take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and practice these online classes at their own risk.

We will create a steady internal rhythm for this practice and move through a sequence of postures at a faster pace.

All are welcome to join this class but a good understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga will help to move through this class with more ease.
