Hatha Yoga with AMI 

A well-rounded and integrated yoga practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.

Tuesday

9.30 to 10.30am

Pilates with AMI 

Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.

Tuesday

11am to 12.15pm

Vinyasa Yoga with AMI 

A dynamic yoga practice. 

We will create a steady internal rhythm for this practice and move through a sequence of postures at a faster pace. All are welcome to join this class but a good understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga will help to move through this class with more ease.

Tuesday

6 to 7pm

Hatha Yoga with AMI 

A well-rounded and integrated yoga practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.

Thursday

7.15 to 8am

Invigorating Morning Practice with ALEX 

A daily practice focussed on nourishing the joints to reduce aches and pains and improve movement.

Pilates with AMI

Mindful Pilates for flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination of the whole body.

7 to 8pm

Re-Wilding with ALEX
Enhance your yoga practice. By understanding the nature and capacity of your primal body, you can improve all essential functional movement and postural alignment.

Friday

11am to 12pm

Hatha Yoga with AMI

Friday

6 to 7pm

Yin Yoga with ALEX 

A slow, yielding and meditative practice.
Micro-movements and deep, long stretching to release tension with a focus on stillness of body, breath, and mind.

Sunday
