Yoga and Meditation for Children and Teenagers
Building a community of open-minded, calm, confident, motivated, encouraged and happy children.
Yoga and Meditation Teacher Ami will share relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to develop a positive mental attitude both at school and at home.
You will also learn and experience techniques to build self-confidence, focus and calm the mind and improve sleep quality.
Date: Last Monday of the Month, 6 to 7pm
