Escape to this countryside sanctuary and enjoy an afternoon of therapeutic, enriching, enlivening, empowering and nourishing practices to support all experiences of femininity throughout a woman’s life. ALL Women welcome.

What to expect:

Connection to All Elements through embodied practices of movement, breathing, rest and meditation.

LEARNING THROUGH DISCUSSION and PRACTICE: 

Connection to Femininity. Women's Wellbeing from the yogic and ayurvedic perspectives.
